The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year....

Wreaths start the Christmas season in our family.  It's a tradition to make a trip to a small family owned tree farm in central Louisiana to buy fresh cedar wreaths every year the day after Thanksgiving.  My mom and I look forward to the outing being together and sharing a common love of starting our Christmas preparations. So, wreaths have a special meaning to my Christmas.
Here are a few beautiful wreaths to celebrate the holiday season......Enjoy!!!

  1. I like all of the wreaths, but my favorite is the magnolia! I love the way a few of the leaves are flipped, accenting the effect with spots of that earthy, complementary rust color. Where did you get your photos? Do you drive around with your camera on the look-out for wreaths?

  2. PS I love the dog. Reminds me of one I used to know by the name of Molly. :-)

  3. I love this new blog because I, too, love classic style. The wreaths were so beautiful in the first one, especially the one on the iron gates. I need the mantle pictures since I live in an old house with seven of them. Now I am inspired!
